The most dramatic match on display was when Borusia Dortmund drew and extended Bayern's record title 11 times in a row.

It started with Borusia Dortmund's 2-1 win on the final day played in Cologne. The 89th minute was Jamal Musiala, a hero who managed to snatch the trophy from eternal rivals Borusia Dortmund

In the last match on Saturday, Dortmund were held to a 2-2 draw against the visitors and took Bayern through a difficult period this season.

Bayern reclaimed their 11th title after a dramatic 2-1 match in the final minutes of the 89th minute through Jamal Musiala's strike.

Similarly, Borusia Dortmund entered its final game of the season to a 2-2 draw against visitors Mainz 05. Even though they are at the top of the standings.

Bayern celebrated a last-minute victory that shattered Dortmund's dream of lifting the trophy they had dreamed of since 2012.

Dortmund played well in the early half, but Sebastian Haller's penalty was saved by Andreas Hanche-Olsen and stunned the hosts with Mainz's opener in the 15th minute

Continued by Karim Onisiwo who scored the 2nd goal for Mainz in the 24th minute, the score changed 2-0 for the visitors.

Dortmud hit back in the 69th minute through Raphael Guerreiro, but at the same level by Niklas Sule in the 6th minute of injury time, they were too late.

Bayern's title win saved several trophies in a row that frustrated many clubs, German media reported, moments after the long whistle sounded, club CEO Oliver Kahn and sporting director Hasan Salihamdizic were about to leave the club.

Borusia Dortmund fell behind in the early half and they were able to control the game in the first half by playing safety not too risk-taking. Leroy Sane came on before half-time and had a hand ball after a VAR run that strengthened it. In the 80th minute Cologne were awarded a penalty and execution from Dejan Ljubicic in a kipper read. Sane as Bayern's hero lunged curving towards the far post. Success for Bayern.
